Earlham College is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach with an emphasis on pitching. This full-time, 12-month administrative faculty position in the Athletics Department will include additional administrative duties assigned by the Director of Athletics along with teaching service courses in the Wellness Program.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Head Baseball Coach in conducting the specifics of the program which will include coaching, recruiting, scouting and game preparation to compete in the North Coast Athletic Conference.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required along with coaching and/or playing experience, preferably at the collegiate level. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the NCAA Division III philosophy, regulations, and the role of athletics and wellness within a private liberal arts college.
