Ageline is a databse "which abstracts articles and books, dissertations and reports appropritae for social gerontology, nursing, allied health, social work and psychology programs." (Choice, August 2007, page 2025) This free database does not have the links to full text available in other databases. To compensate open an additional browser window and go to the "Find Journals in All Formats" page. You can the paste the title of the journal from Ageline into the "Find Journlas" search box.

Style manuals for sociology and anthropology

American Anthropological Assocation Style Guide.

ASA Style Guide.
This is one of many sites which libraries have created as online substitutes for consulting the ASA Style Guide which is only available in print. In this particular version which is otherwise very good, there is a reference to a Quick ASA Style Guide which supposedly is available online. The Quick Guide has been replaced by the A Quick Style Guide for Students Writing Sociology Papers.

Instructions to Authors.
This guide is written for authors who are going to submit papers in American Sociological Association journals and therefore provides the core of the ASA Style Guide which itself is not available online.
