Letterhead and Envelopes
  • All departments on campus may order letterhead and envelopes with your department’s specific information.
  • Supply the Marketing and Communications Office with the needed information for your letterhead and #10 envelopes on our Web form. Marketing and Communications prompts the campus when it’s time for group orders.
  • Campus-wide order by May 1, stationery available by July 1.
  • If you miss this ordering time or run out mid-year, you can still order at a later date at a greater expense to your department.
  • Consistently designed letterhead and envelopes reinforce Earlham‘s printed image and reduce costs. If the majority of departments participate in this approach, we reduce costs by nearly 50%!
  • We have learned through the U.S. Postal Service and our campus experts that drawer numbers are not necessary. In some instances, because of the equipment that electronically sorts the U.S. mail, your mail could be delivered to a location other than the EC campus.
  • Explain your special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Make sure you send us correct copy. The Marketing and Communications staff will take care of proofing your order.
  • If you order a large quantity, our printer can store half of your letterhead and envelopes and will deliver the remaining quantity second semester at no charge to your department.
