Earlham has long experimented with various forms of integrated and experiential learning, but now the College aims to make it central to the Earlham experience. Through the new Center for Integrated Learning and a variety of curricular initiatives including the new immersion experience and research experience requirements, Earlham aims to position its graduates to tackle complex, unscripted problems where the answers are unclear and the consequences matter.
