Mara Vanderslice, EC/PAGS '97, accepted a position on the John Kerry campaign last year. She was the national religious liaison director. She said, "I am honored and excited to be engaging the faith community for John Kerry on the national level."

Mara was also accepted to her top grad school choice, the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, but deferred admission to work on the election.
