Biography

I received my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro after receiving my B.A. as a double major in Psychology and Religion at Connecticut College. My research and clinical training were shaped by a developmental psychopathology framework, which emphasizes diverse developmental pathways and the necessity of understanding both normative and non-normative developmental processes. I am currently the faculty advisor for Psychology Club, which meets every other Wednesday at noon during the semester.

Research Projects

Currently, my research lab and I are collecting data for the Peer Project. We are investigating 5th grade children��s daily experiences with peer victimization and ostracism, children��s responses to these experiences, their friends�� responses, and children's daily emotional health.
