We confirmed plans for the upcoming Board of Trustees meeting, October 10-11:
· Board to receive copies of Campus Draft 3 of the strategic plan
· Faculty to consider Campus Draft 3 for approval at Faculty Meeting on October 16
· SPC members to share their convocation presentation (from September 4) with the Board
· SPC members to outline the various campus conversations (whole community, students, Employee Council, two Faculty Meetings so far)
· SPC members to trace the evolution from Campus Draft 1 to 2 to 3

We also confirmed plans for the upcoming Faculty Meeting on October 16.
