Present: Rick Foreman, Wes Miller, Paul Ogren, Sara Penhale, Bob Southard, Monteze Snyder, Margaret Hampton, Doug Bennett, Kirsten Bohl

We confirmed plans for:
· distribution of the draft strategic plan in newsprint form to the on-campus community;
· opening convocation on September 4; and
· meetings with students, staff and faculty in September.

We also discussed the current preliminary draft of the plan.

Next Meeting
Next meeting will be Mon., August 26, 7:30 to 9:00 at 712 College Ave.
