Present: Rick Foreman, Wes Miller, Sara Penhale, Monteze Snyder, Margaret Hampton, Newell Pledger-Shinn, Paul Ogren, Bob Southard, Doug Bennett, Kirsten Bohl, Larry Stimpert

We arranged for committee members to attend an upcoming regular division meeting with Fine Arts faculty on Monday, September 23.

We discussed several items (all new since the previous week). All were steps toward releasing Campus Draft 2 of the plan prior to the faculty meeting of September 25:
· New draft text about the plan's basis in an enrollment of 1200 students;
· New draft grid outlining avenues for implementing the plan through regular governance channels;
· Draft minute for the faculty's approval of the plan.

We also discussed various proposed revisions to Campus Draft 1 of the plan -- including the expansion of Section 2 (on enrollment) and Section 6 (on implementation and assessment). We discussed ways of seeking input from various teaching and administrative faculty members as we proceed with revisions to the plan.

Doug Bennett invited SPC members to attend relevant parts of the upcoming Board of Trustees meeting.

Newell Pledger-Shinn will provide copies of the September 4 small-group discussions to Student Government leadership, at their request.
