Present: Rick Foreman, Wes Miller, Sara Penhale, Monteze Snyder, Margaret Hampton, Newell Pledger-Shinn, Paul Ogren, Bob Southard, Kirsten Bohl, Nancy Sinex

We reviewed notes from the mixed, small-group faculty/staff/student discussions of the draft plan following convocation.

Bob Southard noted several key issues for discussion arising from the small-group discussions and from faculty/staff/student responses to the draft. He will relay his notes to Sara Penhale and Wes Miller. Sara and Wes will meet following the student and Employee Council meetings of the next few days to draw together a list of "key issues for discussion" arising from the mixed-group discussions, the student meetings, the Employee Council meeting, and the planning list serv. The list will seek to identify the dozen or so largest issues that appear to warrant discussion by the faculty on September 11. We'll circulate the list to faculty ahead of the meeting.

Paul Ogren will send a note to students, faculty and staff encouraging additional feedback on Campus Draft 1 of the plan. He'll ask folks to send comments to the planning listserv.
