Business Cards
- Teaching and Administrative Faculty may place a business card order
with one of our two bulk orders made each year.
- As part of the bulk order only, Public
Affairs provides your first 250 business cards at no charge
to your department's budget.
- If you miss these ordering times or run out of cards mid-year, you can
still order cards at your department's expense (approximately
$45 for 250).
- If your order exceeds 250 cards, supply the 8-digit budget account that we should charge.
- Public Affairs will prompt you when it's time to place your order. If
you order in the spring, your cards will be available by
mid-summer.
- If you order in the fall, your cards will be available by the end of
October.
- Only the information shown in black on the templates can be adjusted.
- Consistently designed business cards reinforce Earlham's printed image
and reduce costs. If the majority of business card users
participate in this approach, we reduce costs by nearly 70%!
