Campus Directory Services
Earlham faculty and staff are responsible
for how your personal information appears in Earlham directories.
Access to this information is available to you within WebDB.
Your interaction through WebDB causes edited information
to be added to Earlhams database. This database is
then used to download copy for printed directories and
is used to create lists for such publications as the Faculty/Staff
Directory and the Curriculum Guide. This database also
is used to create labels for College mailings to faculty
and staff at home.
We need each of you to follow these instructions
to 1) review, 2) update, and 3) indicate privacy preferences.
That sounds like a lot to do, but it takes no longer than
15 minutes and isnt hard if you use these instructions.
