You should plan to arrive at the Indianapolis or Dayton international airports on Thursday, August 15th, 2013, to attend Earlham's New Student Orientation (NSO). If you complete the Arrival Form this summer, members of the NSO committee will meet you at the baggage claim area. If there are changes/delays with your flight, please call the NSO Office at (765) 973-2169.
Students arriving prior to the 15th may need to arrange their own transportation, housing and meals until that date. We ask that you avoid arriving early unless it is absolutely necessary.
*Note: Earlham can only provide this free transportation to campus during New Student Orientation; for all other travel, students can pay for shuttles to and from airports.
Activities and orientation sessions designed for parents begin on Friday August 16th. If your parents intend to accompany you to campus, we encourage you to contact a local hotel well in advance to reserve their accommodations. Let us know if your parents will secure their own transportation to campus or if they would like to join the regularly scheduled shuttles to campus on August 15th. Local Hotel Information
