Student Organizations Information form

This form must be completed and submitted no later than 15 days after class has begun in order to attend allocations and retain SOC recognition for next semester.

Special Request Form

This form can be used to receive special allocations above the amount a club was allocated in the normal allocations process.

No Sweep Form

If an organization has not spent all of its allocation, it must fill out this form 2 weeks prior to the end of the semester in order to hold the money over.

Transferring of Funds Form

This allows allocated money to be transferred between student organizations.

Food Request Form

This form must be filled out in order to use SOC money for the purchase of food.
