< < Previous | ESG Const | Next > > Article VIII: The Recording Clerk The recording clerk is responsible for accurately documenting, publicizing, and archiving all processes that occur within the Earlham Student Government Cabinet, the Committee on Campus Life, and All Student Meetings. The Recording Clerk is also responsible for managing all ESG Official Documents and is an elected member of ESG who holds the responsibility of participating in the consensus process of the Cabinet, but not in the consensus process of the CCL.
