Manual, as a Fundamental Text of the Earlham Student Government.
The Operations Manual describes the duties of each member of
the ESG in more detail than the overview provided by the Constitution.
The Operations Manual also provides a record of past ESG experiences
with the purpose of aiding future student governments as they
navigate through the intricacies of the College Governance
structure.
