Article XXXVI: The Incumbent Members of the Earlham Student Government The members of the Earlham Student Government whose terms exceed
the date in which the present Constitution was approved, shall
remain in their positions until the time their office is up
for renewal,
as determined in Section II of the present Constitution. The present Constitution shall become the primary Fundamental Text of the Earlham Student Government upon the date it is approved by the Earlham Student Body in a referendum.
