< < Previous | ESG Const | Next > > Article XXV: The Appointment Process for Auxiliary Members of the Earlham Student Government All Auxiliary Members of the Earlham Student Government are appointed by a consensus of the members of the Student Executive Council. Compulsory Auxiliary members, as defined in Article X, should be appointed within two weeks of the SEC taking office. The SEC may appoint them without broader consultation from the Cabinet. However, before the SEC appoints any additional Auxiliary Member to the ESG, the Cabinet must first approve those appointments by consensus. Auxiliary Members serve from their time of appointment until the end of the term of the incumbent SEC.
