Allocations
Form - All organizations must complete
this entire form to ensure that the most money possible is received
from the allocations process.
Special
Request Form - This form can be used to receive special allocations
above the amount a club was allocated in the normal allocations process.
Student
Organizations Information for Fall '06 - This
form must be completed in its entirety and turned in Tuesday, April
11, 2006 in the SOC box 284. If this form is not completed and
returned by this time, your organization will not be allowed
to attend allocations and your organization will be in jeopardy
of not retaining SOC recognition for next semester.
No
Sweep Form - If an organization has not spent
all of its allocation and wishes to keep the money until next semester,
it must fill out this form two-weeks prior to the end of the semester
in order to hold the money over and not have it swept back into
the SOC account for reallocation.
SOC
Petition of Recognition - All clubs must fill
this out in order to become an officially recognized club or organization
on campus.
Transferring
of Funds Form - This allows allocated
money to be transferred between student organizations.
Equipment
Request Form - This form must be filled
out in order to obtain and/or purchase equipment for Organizations.
Food
Request Form - This form must be filled out
in order to use SOC money for the purchase of food.
Reservations
Guide (pdf) - An important form with
information on how to reserve a space on campus.
Operations
Manual - An extensive document aimed
at answering any and all questions about running and operating
a student organization on campus.
Advisor's
Manual - A short manual explaining the
role of a Faculty Advisor in a student organization.
Student Organizations Policy - The policy for becoming an official student organization on Earlham college's campus.
Events Planning Manual - The Events Planning Manual is a working document intended to aid the presenter of events on the Earlham College campus through the necessary steps when planning and presenting an event. |
