How do I submit an event?
The Earlham WebCalendar posts events that are sponsored or hosted by Earlham or groups officially affiliated with the College. Submission requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any submission to the Campus Calendar.
Before submitting an event
Please remember that you need to reserve the facility or room in which the event you are submitting is going to be held. We reserve the right to refuse any submission to the Campus Calendar for an event until the facility or room is reserved.
For Athletics and Wellness Center reservations, e-mail Shanna Nolan or call 765-983-1731.
For the Landrum Bolling Center's Richmond Room and President's Conference Room reservations, e-mail Darlena Rankin or call 765-983-1211.
For classroom space reservations between the hours 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., e-mail Pat or Julie in the Registrar's office or call 765-983-1515.
For all other space reservations, e-mail the Reservationist or call 765-983-1587.

Academics
Includes the academic calendar (i.e., first day of classes, registration deadlines, commencement and breaks).

Student Activities
Includes events sponsored or co-sponsored by the Student Activities Office, student organizations and club sports as well as events not belonging to another category.

Campus Events
Events limited to the Earlham Community, not open to the general public.

Includes events sponsored or cosponsored by the Division of Fine Arts (music, art, theatre).
