Making an Announcement

Earlham faculty, staff and students may make announcements at Today @ Earlham.

  1. Login onto the Earlham website.
  2. Complete the Announcement Form, selecting one of four announcement categories:
    • General Notices: Notes about services available, deadlines for various on campus or off campus events
    • Kudos: To publicly acknowledge someone's accomplishment
    • Committee Updates: Information about upcoming or recent discussion topics or agenda items for a governance unit on campus
    • Opportunities for Service: Employment or internship openings

Adding Your Event on the Calendar

Earlham faculty, staff or students may submit events for posting on Today @ Earlham by contacting each calendar's coordinator.

Reserving a Room Online Form

For assistance reserving a room on the Earlham campus for a new campus or public event, please start by filling out the Events Room Reservation Form.

Recommending an Event Form

If you would like to recommend an artist or lecturer for consideration for a future event, please start by filling out the Event Recommendation Form.

Subscribing to the RSS Feed in Zimbra

  1. Click on the Find Shares link at the bottom of your Zimbra folder list
  2. Enter share@earlham.edu in the Find Shares input field
  3. Change the Include drop-down to be All applications
  4. Click the Search button
  5. Select RSS/Earlham Announcements from the list
  6. Click the Add button
  7. New announcements will automatically appear within an hour of when they are published
