Purpose
BARIS is the dedicated
WebMail/SquirrelMail server. It hosts the SquirrelMail software and allows access to e-mail stored on KE. It also hosts the Mailman mailing lists.
Web Services

- Mailman 2.1.5 or higher with htdig and mhonarc patches (previously available from OpenInfo)
- MTA: Sendmail 8.12.10 or higher with LDAP support
Dependancies
BARIS depends on ASHTI and SHANTI for authentication (LDAP, Samba, and RADIUS), PAX or EIRENE for DNS, and KE for IMAP, SMTP, and NFS access.
