covered in the Miami and Whitewater valleys thanks
to funding for an innovative media project.
  

Thanks to a Fulbright Scholarship,
Colin Haywood '08 has the opportunity
of providing Japanese literature to
the English-speaking world. During the yearlong project, Haywood hopes to translate Higuchi Ichiyo's poetry. Eventually he plans to translate the author's complete works.

Sara Bohall placed fourth in the women's 400-meter hurdles, while Chris Shaw finished fifth in the men's discus at the 2008 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
