3. Using The Template If you did not do so in Part 3 of the previous section, open your new site in Dreamweaver as shown above in figure 12. We’re now going to connect to the server, import any existing Web pages, create a new Web page file from the template, and explore the editable sections of the template. Part 1: Connect to the Server In the “Site” window in Dreamweaver, click on the “connect” icon as shown in figure 14. Once connected, you will see the contents of your Web folder on the server on the left hand side listed under “Remote Site.” Also the “connect” icon will have changed to show that you are connected, as figure 15 illustrates.
