How to unsubscribe from a mailing list

Read through the directions and then enter the exact name of the mailing list from which you would like to unsubcribe in the text field at the bottom of the page.

This will open a new browser window, at the bottom of which you will see something like the image below.

Enter your full email adress in the corresponding field and click the "Edit Option" button.

This transfers you to another page, and you are now given many options regarding your subscription to the specified mailing list.

The first option given to you at the top of the page is to unsubscribe from the mailing list. For this you will need the password given to you when you received the confirmation of your subscription to the mailing list.

If you don't have this password, click on the button "Email My Password To Me". You will receive an email containing your password in the following seconds.

Now, enter the exact name of the mailing list from which you would like to unsubscribe in the following text field and click the "submit" button.
