Course Description:
In this seminar course, you will get to...
 

1) pursue your interests by selecting journal articles for discussion,
2) become familiar with reading primary research articles,
3) present & explain research papers to the rest of the group, and
4) learn to critically evaluate manuscripts submitted for publication, and practice your own writing and thinking skills in formal manuscript review.


Grades:
Your grade in this course will depend on...

1) your active participation in every paper/manuscript discussion
2) your oral presentation of papers to the group
3) your formal manuscript reviews
Expectations:
I expect that you will:
    • ...attend all class sessions & come prepared
    • ...treat others in the class with respect at all times.
    • ...work hard and have a lot of fun doing it
