Upon graduating
from Earlham I will be moving with my girlfriend to Boston, MA. Why Boston
you ask? I visited the area with my girlfriend and we both loved
it. I grew up in Washington, DC and wanted a change. She grew
up close to Milwaukee and wanted a change too. Boston is also a good
place for younger people to start out, as there are many colleges there.
It will also be fun to get the chance to take some extra courses for fun,
if that is possible.
I am now looking
for a job, and have written some networking letters to a variety of graduates
from Earlham who live in the Boston area. Some of them have written
me back with some ideas.
I eventually
want to be the manager of my own business or be someone who manages budgets.
I could handle the budget for the United States Government. Who knows?
I know I will change my job many times before I find one that I really
love. I have many skills, want to work and try many things. Who knows
where I will end up.
