Susan Scott (left), art teacher at Connersville High, and Trayce Peterson (right), trainer for Earlham Quaker Foundations of Leadership, teamed up to teach students how to use consensus. The students did the art work for Friendly Consensus:Listen, Speak, Unite and selected the graphics for use in the book using the process. Here, they display a banner the class made for them.
