The Earlham Fair Wage Campaign is a group of community members (students, staff and faculty) who seek to implement a fair wage policy at Earlham College. A fair wage is a living wage of at least $9.00 an hour and a wage system that truly compensates workers with raises proportionate to their length of service.  A fair wage policy would hold the college's labor relations accountable to the peace and justice and respect for persons provisions of the Community Code.
