(Nontokozo Mngadi)
2 lb chicken wings
Marinade:
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
4 T lemon juice/vinegar
4 T oil
1 T cayenne pepper/red pepper flakes
1 t crushed garlic/garlic powder
1 T paprika
2 t salt
Combine ingredients for marinade. Mix and blend into smooth paste. Adjust
paprika and cayenne pepper to taste. Rub marinade into wings and let stay
for at least 30 minutes (can be marinaded overnight).
Chicken wings can be grilled outdoors or broiled in oven.
