When sophmores, juniors and seniors access Moodle again in the new academic
year (05-06) they will see all the courses they were enrolled in last year,
unless something is done! You can easily fix this by unenrolling students from
last year's course. Here's how:
- Login to Moodle and open your course from last year (in category 2004-05
: [division])
- You'll need to use the Administration block. If this is
not visible (scroll down the browser window to check), then do the following:
- Turn editing on
- In Blocks pull down Add —> Administration
- Administration block appears.
- Click Administration: students
- Select all the enrolled students:
- click the topmost name
- holding the [Shift] key down click the name at the bottom of the list.
You may have to scroll down to see this. {Mac users should use the [Shift]
key in the same way}
- Click the —> button to unenroll.
- You will now see 0 enrolled students.
- You may wish to make the course unavailable to students.
- Choose Administration : Setup
- Choose Availability : This course is unavailable to students
- Save changes.
