Assessment of individual performance for the group project

The purpose of this form is to evaluate oneself and others as problem solvers, self-directed learners and members of group. Be kind but be honest! When you click on the Submit button the form is emailed to me (markp), if you want to change your mind, clear the form and start again.

Evaluation Scale: Use the traditional numerical scale (x points out of 100) to evaluate yourself and your group members. This will affect the group points that you obtain. Fill in all the fields - this form will be graded; failure to complete all the fields will result in it's being discarded.

Consider these things when evaluating:

  • Did the person attend group meetings?
  • Did the person contribute fully to the design of the site?
  • Did the person contribute technically to the construction of the site stylesheet?
  • Did the person contribute to the text of the Overview page?
  • In short, was this person as asset or not?
