We encourage out-of-town delegations to stay at the Richmond Holiday Inn as a discounted group rate of $74.95 per night for a four-person room has been secured for January 29, including a hot breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. A limited number of rooms have also been secured at this rate for January 30. Hotel reservations must be made directly with Holiday Inn sales office: reservations made by any other method will not receive the special discounted rate. The guarantee of the room's availability at this rate is only valid until December 30, 2009.
