The Scottish Archive Network is a free online collection of digital texts from Scotland. It includes the top-level catalogues of 50 important print archives, wills and testaments of Scots who died between1500 and 1875, and other records relevant to Scottish history, including "exhibitions, research tools, bookshop and discussion forum on history and archives". I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
