In the last quarter of 2003, MedlinePlus tied with the Free Application for Federal Student Air (FAFSA) for the highest ratings from their online users. Both received scores of 86 out of 100 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) developed by the University of Michigan. Congratulations Medline!
