IMS provides a mix of free and Open Access publications

IMS Bulletin, the bimonthly newsletter of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics, is freely available online. IMS Bulletin - Fulltext v27+ (1998+); Print ISSN: 1544-1881 Two IMS affiliated ejournals are Open Access: Electronic Journal of Probability - Fulltext v1+ (1996+); ISSN: 1083-6489. Electronic Communications in Probability - Fulltext v1+ (1996+); ISSN: 1083-589X. Both are mirrored by EMIS. IMS, in partnership with the Bernoulli Society, has announced the creation of a new Open Access review journal, Probability Surveys, which will be hosted by Project Euclid. Terry Speed.
