It contains articles on INASP by Carol Priestly (pp. 1, 4), on copyright and access by Séverine Dusollier (pp. 5, 7), on knowledge-sharing between north and south by Bonaventure Mve-Ondo (p. 6), on the DOAJ by Lotte Jorgensen (p. 11), and on Érudit by Guylaine Beaudry (p. 12). There are no deep links to individual articles.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
