The July issue of CURLnews reports that on May 14 the CURLTask force on the Research Libraries Network finished the first draft of a CURL position paper identifying "areas of CURL activity that might have synergy with the goals of the RLN. These areas include...open access repositories." Apparently the draft is not yet available to the public.
