Environmental Chemistry, a fledgling journal from Australia's CSIRO, has released its first issue. As I mentioned in April, this is a new, free for 2004, journal from an historically reasonably priced publisher. The editorial board is diverse and spans the globe, including Nobel Prize winners Mario Molina and Sherwood Rowland.
