Klaus Graf takes issue with some of what I said about OA, commercial re-use and derivative works in SOAN for 9/02/04. Graf argues that the BBB definition of OA permits commercial re-use, and is not indeterminate about it. He also argues for the Berlin definition over the BBB definition.
