Index de Enfermeria is the latest addition to the burgeoning SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) collection. Index de Enfermeria is part of a major expansion of content within SciELO Spain.

Running counter to the worries expressed by many of the large society and commercial publishers, SciELO is composed of Open Access online versions, current and archival, of established print, subscription-based journals.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
