Two OA-related jobs open at SHERPA

SHERPA has two OA-related jobs to fill. From the announcement:
SHERPA is advertising for two posts to work on the variety of open access and repository projects under the SHERPA "umbrella" or with which we are involved - SHERPA, SHERPA Plus, SHERPA DP, SHERPA/RoMEO, OpenDOAR, EThOS, IRS and others. These are high-profile posts and the successful candidates will learn from, and contribute to, national and international developments in the Open Access movement.

Post 1 - The Repository Development Officer will investigate and report on a wide variety of aspects of repository use - open access development, work flows, copyright, search, user-interface issues, user-support, etc and will work with authors, researchers, librarians, learned societies and publishers. Work will include supporting academics, advising senior institutional managers and acting as an advocate of open access on a national scale. The post requires excellent communication skills and a creative approach to promoting repository use. [...]

Post 2 - The Technical Development Officer post requires experience with web technologies, with a database and web application development background; particularly an active interest and knowledge of Perl, PHP, XML, APACHE, MySQL. The post will develop databases, services and resources with a user-centred focus for Open Access repositories. In addition, the post requires excellent communication skills as well as creative and professional technical abilities. [...]
