Please send a supportive comment to rtd-scientific-publication@cec.eu.int, today if you can, tomorrow at the latest. You can be sure that OA opponents are sending in their comments.
Even a short comment in support of recommendation A1 would be better than no comment at all, whether or not you live in a European country.

I recommend the OA tracking project (OATP) as the best way to stay on top of new OA developments. You can read the OATP feed on a blog-like web page or subscribe to it by RSS, email, or Twitter. You can also help build the feed by tagging new developments you encounter.
