A quick look through [the latest draft] seems to indicate the text was amended as the ENVI committee had recommended and that most of the really bad stuff from the
Council version was taken out (see examples below) so three cheers for
the Parliament (and the Commission!)....
Amendment 21....[1] Member States shall ensure that: (a) the services referred to in point (a) of Article 11(1) are available to the public free of charge....
