I just mailed the April issue of the SPARC Open Access Newsletter. This issue takes a close look at two publisher policies to charge fees for OA archiving (green OA): the AuthorChoice policy from the American Chemical Society and the new agreement between Elsevier and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
