The Public Knowledge Project released a case study of the the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences' use of PKP's Open Journal Systems publishing software.
The American Library Association's Office for Information Technology Policy is soliciting nominations for its L. Ray Patterson Copyright Award in recognition of individuals or groups who have helped "promote the progress of science and useful arts".
