Students participating in diversity program in Goddard Auditorium
Earlham's Student Development Office responds to the needs of students and demonstrates the college's commitment to diversity and multiculturalism. We promote and encourage awareness of culture, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic background, and disability status throughout the community by offering a wide range of programs and activities. We affirm all social identities and strongly encourage students to involve themselves in all facets of the college community.
The Associate Dean of Diversity addresses the role of multicultural representation and concerns on campus and assists outreach and retention initiatives for under represented students. The Associate Dean of Diversity also works collaboratively with the Office of Campus Ministries, International Programs Office, theme houses and faculty advisers to the various campus cultural centers on educational, social, and cultural programming to achieve a positive campus environment for students.
"I Dream A community where there is Sharing, Loving, Hoping, Respecting, Believing and Making the world a better place for all mankind. I Dream..."
