General Fees

Eligibility for Services

All full-time (registered for 12-credit hours) students at Earlham College, full-time students at Bethany Seminary, Earlham School of Religion and students enrolled in Earlham's Graduate Programs in Education are eligible to visit Health Services.

For full-time Earlham College undergraduate students:

  • No fee is charged charge to be seen by the doctor, nurse practitioner or a nurse. Students are encouraged to see EHS for any health-related concern.

  • Fees are charged for prescription medications, lab work and some medical treatments.

  • Payment is not due at the time of service. Fees are billed to the student's account.

For graduate students in
Earlham’s Graduate Programs in Education,
Earlham School of Religion and Bethany Seminary:

  • $30 fee per visit to see the doctor or nurse practitioner

  • $25 fee per visit to see a nurse.

  • Fees are charged for prescription medications, lab work and some medical treatments.

Please be aware:

  • Prescriptions cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Students must initiate all insurance claims.
