Minutes of the 56th Annual Weaver Reunion
June 23, 2002

On Sunday
afternoon June 23, 2002, forty-five Weaver Family members gathered in the
Brenner Building at the Preble County Fair Grounds in Eaton Ohio. John Weaver offered the blessing over our
food.
The Howard Weaver
family was in charge of this years reunion.
Duane and Penny Weaver called the meeting to order. A bull horn was purchased for the use during
our meetings - - - Can You Hear Me

Addition
to our family:
Noella Black

born on Dec. 13, 2001, daughter of James
& Kristy Black. Congratulations
to the proud grandparents, Don & Mary Ann Weaver !!!!
Graduation:
Stephen Weaver - son of Duane & Penny graduated from
Carlisle High School and will be attending Morehead State University this fall.
Discussion was
held on the date to hold next years reunion, it was decided that the next years
reunion would be held on Fathers Day, June 15, 2003. We also discussed the possibility of getting together on the
Saturday before the reunion. Larry and
JoAnn might be able to host the get together.
The Adam Weaver
Family will be in charge for 2003 reunion next year. (Presidents: Larry &
JoAnn Weaver)
The Weavers once
again joined in for the traditional singing of hymns.
Kathy Yohn Weaver
offered to put a Weaver Book together, if all Weavers would write a story about
their father.
We went on our
usual Dairy Queen Run --- YUM !!!
There was also
discussion on possibly having the 2004 Weaver Reunion at the Rod & Gun
Club. More information will be gathered
for more discussion.
The hat was passed
for a total of $126.00 offering.
The meeting was
adjourned.
