Amy Loveday Efland ’94 majored in economics and minored in philosophy. During her sophomore year, she served as vice president of Barrett Hall. Amy also served as a student representative on the College Budget Committee and participated in the Student Organization Council. Amy graduated from Miami University with a Master’s degree in Economics in 1996. She currently lives in Delaware, Ohio, with her husband David and their son Eric. She works as a forecast analyst for NiSource where she is responsible for forecasting natural gas and electric usage for each of the Columbia Gas and NIPSCO companies.
Amy began her term on the Alumni Council in 2013, and she is currently part of the Recognition Committee. Some of Amy’s favorite memories of Earlham include Econ classes with Gil Klose and Jonathan Diskin in addition to living in Hicks House with a great group of Earlhamites her senior year.
